Pascal F. Alele

Founder & CEO

Mr. Pascal F. Alele is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IMEF Energy, Inc., and Chairman of IMEF International Group. He has over two decades of experience in the global oil and gas industry and he runs his company operations within four continents. A trained engineer by profession, he worked in the upper echelon of the Insurance Industry for over two decades before venturing into the oil and gas industry

In 2006, his company, IMEF International Petroleum Limited (IIP) was awarded a $2 Billion contract for the construction of the OLOKOLA REFINERY in Ondo State, Nigeria, the largest refinery project in Africa in the mid to late 2000.

Mr. Alele has a proven track record as a successful corporate manager and entrepreneur. He sits on the Board of notable companies and is a member of several business and professional associations. He is a graduate of Building Engineering, Economics, and Public Policy.

Linda A. Alele

President

Linda A. Alele is the President of IMEF Energy, Inc.  She is responsible for strategic development, policies, operational processes, and tactical functions, including international, national, and regional regulatory issues, among other high-level matters for the group.

Prior to becoming IMEF Energy’s President, Ms. Alele was CEO of Data Systems Technology. She managed and directed global Electronic Discovery and Practice Support for one of America’s foremost law firms. She also served as Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Financial Officer for a legal technology company that was voted as one of the best companies to work in Los Angeles County, where she was a member of the firm’s Defensibility Consulting Practice.

Ms. Alele is a veteran of the legal technology and services industry with expertise in profit recovery, expense reduction, cost containment, technology implementation, and client relations. She serves on the advisory board of several organizations, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Abba Father’s Heart Ministries International, a California Non-Profit Corporation.  She has a degree in Journalism and a post-graduate certificate in Management.
